The River Oaks Lodge Guest Houses are two separate houses rented together as one booking! This is great for large families or two smaller families on vacation together. The River House is a 2/1 (sleeps up to 4, but 5 if you use day bed/couch). The Ivy House is a 2/1 (sleeps up to 4). Each house has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and patio area. These two houses share the driveway circling them that is also used for parking. This listing does not include the ROL Main House (that is a separate booking).

The River Oaks Lodge Guest Houses are located between Ingram and Hunt, along the Guadalupe River. These two houses are next door to the Main House. Guests have access to a private HOA river area across the street (rules must be followed since shared space). The river is dam-controlled so water level is same year-long.

Stayhillcounty is the property manager and offers every guest a clean and healthy place to sleep, eat, and relax. To make this possible, we charge a cleaning fee so every house is meticulously cleaned in between reservations.
