Post Flood 2026 Message to Our Guests:
We did not receive any water damage from the July 16th flood at our rentals along Highway 39. The Guadalupe River water level is back to normal since we are dam-controlled. Of course, guests will need to exercise caution along the banks since debris may still exist in some places up and down the river (recommend wearing shoes). Use the same level of safety that has always been in place before the flood happened. Keep in mind we are gradually building back up the river amenities like outdoor tables, chairs, and kayaks.
