COME ENJOY A RELAXING GETAWAY ALONG THE GUADALUPE RIVER.

Guests have free access to 330' of Cypress-lined riverfront, nice rock patio, and spacious lawn area - only 125 feet away across the road. A couple picnic tables are available but feel free to bring your own folding lawn chairs.

Our section of the Guadalupe River is dam-controlled so the water level is the same year-long. Recreational equipment include kayaks and life vests but you need to bring your own tubes.

Post Flood Update (Nov 11, 2025): We are in process of replacing items after the July 4th flood. Kayaks are available upon request until we finish rebuilding kayak station (and when river cleanup project is over). The river is safe to swim in but we recommend wearing water shoes since many places along the river bank still has debris. We, like all others in the area, are continuously working to make improvements to our private river area but it will take time.
